Looking fit and relaxed, the exclusive club's reclusive owner Richard Eastcliff, 29, told the Gazunder: 'I'm amazed! Blogger only allows a maximum of 100 invited readers, and we reached that target within hours. Everyone's enjoying the laid back atmosphere and the freedom to indulge in witty banter to their heart's content!'
Mr Eastcliff is now considering opening a chain of Club ECRs right across the south east to cope with demand. 'We have strict membership rules and the bouncers deal with any unwelcome intruders,' he added. 'We've had no trouble with our private members. It's a winning formula!'

Yep - didn't even get within a hundred metres of the front door!
Over on the northside we had two planes (the red and white and a yellow)doing circuits in the late morning at 9 min intervals and one 3 minutes behind the other. Hope the windows were not rattled too much or too often as they passed over your exclusive club.
Come on ECR open up your blog to the public as before, it must be getting boring if everybody is agreeing with everything you say in your "invited only" club.

As for a come back tour, it's fine for journalists who are presumably NUJ members and therefore have legal assistance, and who work for humungous newspaper groups who have libel insurance, to egg anonymous bloggers on for the sake of good copy, but as an anonymous blogger it's a bit more complicated.
I agree it looks like He Who Must Not Be Named's blanket accusations have had the presumably desired effect of killing off criticism, but believe me I have plenty of other good reasons for not being in the public eye at the moment.
Besides, it's given us Thanet Strife, which is a marvellous addition to the Thanet blogosphere if you ask me. Keep up the good work Bertie!
